While 2017 marks the first time for Manifesto to show in Central Park, it’s not Katherine's first time to "The City" as she spent some time going to school there. Katherine has been riding and showing horses since she was eight years old and she says of Manifesto, “I’ve never ridden a horse that tries as hard as he does. Every time I finish a class or lesson on him it’s almost as if he looks at me and asks “did I do everything right?”

The Kirby’s bought CP Manifesto (sired by H Mobility H and out of the mare Afire Charmm) in 2014. He started his show career off on the right foot by winning the Country English Pleasure Junior Horse Championship at the Scottsdale show, and finishing the 2016 season by winning Reserve Champion in the same division at the US National Championship Show.

Needless to say, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to return to New York and show my horse in Central Park!
